Installation dates will be confirmed once the windows are received, typically within 30 days after the measurement appointment.

Most installations are completed within one day, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Warranty
New Windows offers a warranty on materials and workmanship as specified in your estimate and contract. Please refer to your specific warranty documentation for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Windows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
